Assessing Current Practices: - What medications are you currently taking?
- Are you using any other products, herbs, or vitamins (e.g. aspirin, Vitamin C, cinnamon, chromium, green tea, caffeine, alpha lipoic acid, over-the- counter cough medications) to help with your diabetes control?
- Do you have a system to help you remember when to take your medications?
- When was the last time you forgot to take your medications?
- What did you do?
- Have you had any problems related to the medications you take for your diabetes?
- If yes, what have you done about those problems?
Assessing Medication Use: - Where do you store your medications?
